Seeking housemate(s), again

One of my new housemates works in New Hampshire (when they moved in, he was hoping his job would have him working on the South Shore most of the time, but that seems not to have materialized), and the commute has turned out to be impractical for them. So I’m looking for a new housemate again starting January 1st or thereafter. The Craigslist post is here. (I’ll update this post when it expires; hurrying out the door right now.) Yeah. I’ve already got a bunch of people lined up to look at the room, though, so hopefully I’ll have somebody lined up before my current housemates move out.
