Tigris and Tom's new house

Yay! Tom told me last night that he and Tigris got their mortgage for their new house in Ewa Beach. That's no surprise to anybody, but a nice milestone. They move at the end of the month. I'm so looking forward to going and visiting them there, which is probably happening in June.
