Skunk update

I took [livejournal.com profile] lycaena’s advice (thanks!), and this morning there were no obvious signs of skunk presence. It’s a little hard to tell given how cluttered the basement is, but I suspect my little friend’s visit is over.

Meant to call animal control (for advice, not necessarily help) this morning, but I managed to miss the hour-long window in the morning when their office is staffed.

Wish I’d gotten a picture of it. It was cute.

I like skunks. Some people keep descented skunks as pets, which I would do if it were legal in this state (I doubt it is) and if I didn't already have two furbabies.

I get e-mailed when people take me off their friends list and I noticed that you took me off of yours. I find that disappointing because I really enjoy hearing what you have to say to me regarding what I post, and I like reading your entries (public or otherwise). Perhaps you didn't feel that we had that much in common any more, I don't know. I realize I've been posting a lot lately - part of that is NaBloPoMo and part of it is trying to sort through my issues. I do expect the posting to ease up as time goes on, since I haven't posted this regularly in months (although I won't apologize for anything I've posted, and sorry to be frank, but if you don't want to read about it then I definitely don't want to be your friend, it's a part of me). Whatever the issue is, I would appreciate it if you reply to this comment and let me know what's going on.

Never mind, I just got your comment on my lj. Thank you for letting me know. Do you plan on adding me back at any point in the future? I'm curious because I like my lj friends to be mutual and I'll keep you on there if you will.
