So, it has occurred to me that now that I’m growing my hair out (albeit frustratingly slowly), none of my userpics looks like me any more. So, here’s a new userpic, and at least one of my userpics looks like me now.

Yes, that’s the plan.

I had meant to shave it really short one last time and bleach it, so I’d have interesting texture to my hair for a while, but I didn’t get around to it, alas.

Your hair will probably grow faster once you get your hormonal/sleep/etc situation sorted out. Mine has started growing at a terrifying rate: more than 1"/month.

That said, I like the smile on the one with PTB best.
