Oneth of all, I am ’zhausted. Having decided I wasn’t going to try to go up to BiCamp after work tonight and set up a tent in the dark, I should be at a friend’s movie night, but I was just too wiped out after work. My plan is to lie in bed. I might do laundry first.

*Sigh.* I just checked my work email and there are problems I should deal with before I go to bed. :-(

But anyway, twoth of all, I just got BOOKSES! In the mail! From the ever-awesome gishmi1ish, who rocks my socks in many ways, among which she used newspaper as padding in the box, and said newspaper was Japanese. Yay bookses! We loves them, precious! Yay Japanese-reading friends! And yay sleep-dep; it leads to posts like this one!

Speeking of bookses and sleep-dep, I just finished "To Say Nothing of the Dog" by Connie Willis, which I very much enjoyed. The main character spends much of the book "time-lagged" which is a similar state, except it has one babbling all out of period from too many time jumps with no rest. Very amusing.

squee! I'm so psyched you picked upon the Japanese newspaper as padding! I found a big bag of it when I was cleaning my room (clearly I'd had dishes packed in it or something) and I didn't want to just throw it out... *grin*
