Nice day

Nice day! Got up late, puttered around and accomplished a bit. Then my friend Cory came over and we watched When Harry Met Sally, which I had never seen before. It was really funny, even if it was set on a planet I've never visited. We had a great conversation afterwards. Then I went to Anna's Taquería in Davis Square and met bitty and bubblebabble for a yummy dinner. Then to Diesel for the monthly Poly Boston Friday evening. It was a lot smaller than usual, presumably because of the holiday, but that meant that it wasn't totally insane, too. :-) Saw a bunch of nice people there, notably wispfox whom I hadn't seen in a while.

And now I'm probably going to manage to get myself to bed before midnight! How weird is that! I've been getting a lot of sleep this long weekend — well-rested is an unfamiliar feeling for me, but I think I like it.
