I have to say, sometimes I find it scary the number of people who will see anything I post within five minutes. Not that it’s the same people all the time, but still... I’d tell you that twitchily clicking Reload on your Friends page wasn’t healthy, but I’d have to stop twitchily clicking Reload on my Friends page to do that. :-)
