Two observations.

1. My tolerance has clearly gone down; two cups of coffee are definitely too much, at least when one of them is a “small” dark roast from Au Bon Pain.
2. On the other hand, exercise helps.

But I meant that it helps with the overcaffeinated jitters. :-)
