Some of you are so disciplined about telling us what you’re reading. I haven’t been, but here’s a start:
Just finished: Slut! Growing up female with a bad reputation by Leora Tanenbaum.
About to start:The Italian Boy: A Tale of Murder and Body Snatching in 1830s London by Sarah Wise. I forget how I stumbled across this online, but it was some trail of breadcrumbs involving the dearth of anatomical specimens at medical schools in the 19th century.
And now, off to see if I can get my car to start. :-/ (Battery’s dead.)
