Well, it's under agreement, but we haven't closed on the sale yet. I should only own too many houses for another 20 days or so; then I'll own the right number again.

I currently own two houses. (Well, one house all by myself, and a share in another house.) I own a big house north of Boston, with three apartments in it (until recently, we rented the top too floors out to tenants, and lived on the bottom floor). As of yesterday, I also own a small house south of Boston, in the town of Quincy. (That's actually what they call an "attached single-family" or a "duplex"; the house is divided in half, and I own half and I have a neighbour who owns the other half. But legally it's treated as two independent houses.)
