Expected but happy news
Just got the phone call to tell me my lender has approved me to close on the new house in Quincy. Closing is at 1:00pm on Hallowe'en. I hope there are no tricks; the house is going to be an exciting treat.
(I will not be living there right away; Tom and I will probably be moving the weekend of the 4th-5th-6th or, more likely, the weekend of the 11th-12th-13th. If you feel like helping us move, please comment here; we'd love the help.)

I'm not sure if I'll be able to help with the move, depends on school stuffs mostly, but I'll try! I know Matt will probably be there though :)

You bring such great energy to anywhere you live, and I know this new place will be lucky to have you!

A Halloween Closing?
(Anonymous) 2005-10-30 12:36 am (UTC)(link)I know I'm a little late catching up on the news, but that is indeed
great news. Don't count us on help for moving, but we'll be thinking
of you ... and sending light-ening thoughts to those who are fetching
and toting. It looks so nice, and I think you'll be happy there. Nice
neighborhood, and even nicer neighbors. :-)
(and yes, I did indeed glow at the praise of the picture. 'Tis even
easier with the right subject, and one who feels comfortable with
the photographer)
More anon,
Don
