Happy birthday, eisa / moving

First of all, happy birthday to eisa! It always makes me happy to think of you, but especially so on your birthday.

Secondly, I believe my mortgage broker now has everything he needs before the closing on the new house in Quincy.

(There's a lot of work still to do around selling our place in Malden, but that seems to be on track, too; we've worked out details with the buyer.)

I'm just looking forward to the time I can sleep for a week...
