hey, can I rent your garage to store my motorcycle during the winter?

Um, maybe. I’m thinking of putting a portable hot tub in there, which might make it more humid than you’d like for your bike, and I think docorion is interested in putting a workshop in there. But it’s not out of the question. Oh! I guess docorion is going to need to put his bike in there. Hope humidity won’t be a problem.

The previous owner (not the person I’m buying it from, but the guy she bought it from) was a Harley owner and an ironworker, and built the garage. He buried a big loop of iron into the concrete to lock his bike to.

No kidding! It’s just the most delightful smile I’ve seen, and the twinkle in your eyes just warms my heart! *Moons at userpic for a while.* Oh, wait, you were talking about the house...

it doesn't look like it divides evenly into halves. Where's the line?

It doesn’t look that way because of the garage and the driveway and the deck. In the second picture you can see the two doors next to each other smack in the middle of the front of the house. The dividing line is between them.

What a gorgeous place ... and having a
deck and cycle storage is a lagniappe.
(Probably won't need to chain down the
hot tub, tho.)

Thank you! I appreciate it. Unfortunately, that didn't fix everything, so apparently it wasn't you; lj-cutting put your post back together (it'd been in three different pieces, all over the page) but now there are others screwed up. Others on IRC have said they're having friends-page trouble too. Sorry to put you through that effort. :(
