Flowers, real (nice) and virtual (nicer)

I've never taken Valentine's Day at all seriously, so it's not a particularly rough day for me to have just had a breakup, and in fact I'm doing pretty well today, but still I felt all warm and cared for when I got a virtual rose from chienne_folle! Thank you!

I was also kind of tickled to get a flesh-and-blood (well, sap, I suppose) carnation from one of the extremely cute twins who work at the Wrap next to the gym this evening. If you must know, they handed them out to a couple other customers before me, too, but still, I have a nice-smelling pink carnation on my desk. In a coffee mug. Life is good.
