More wonderfulness

Went to a marvellous party last night whereat I was joined by two out-of-town houseguests (one departing; one arriving). Today sionnagh and scholargipsy and I went for a nice long hike in the Fells and had some wonderful conversation. Now I have to take a quick shower before sionnagh and I run out to dinner prior to a “Drag Kings, Sluts, and Goddesses” cabaret show. And tomorrow there’s the Sunday Bi brunch, following which we’ll probably do a little shopping and sionnagh and I will drive down to Connecticut to visit with greenfizzpops and her Honey before they move back to South Africa.

Wow, it’s been a wonderful whirlwind of a week! And alliterative, too!

I had a wonderful weekend, and you two were a big part of it. I think the life lesson of the past two days has been to remember what a blessing friendships are -- new ones, semi-new ones, and old ones alike. I am so happy to have gotten to know you, and through you sionnagh.
