Made it here. Lovely, lovely drive — perfect weather. Took a lot longer than Yahoo said it would, though (and I wasn't dawdling, and the traffic was fine). Upstate New York reminds me of rural Illinois where I grew up — the terrain isn't as flat, but there are barns and grain silos and cows. And while I was looking for the conference center I discovered that Cornell has a livestock pavilion. It's a far cry from where I work in the heart of Boston. :-)
