Election night at the Diesel

In case anybody was wondering, I’ll be spending Tuesday night at the Diesel, probably paying too much attraction [edit:] attention to my laptop. Feel free to distract me, or to let my laptop distract you.

(I wonder if the Diesel’s bandwidth is good enough for me to listen to WBUR’s streaming audio.)

Yeah, and no wonder; there are some very attentive people at the Diesel. :-) Either that or I have a somewhat warped relationship with my laptop.

Which reminds me, I was briefly reminded today of the old Macintosh you had ih Northampton. :-) Do you still have that?

No, I finally gave it away a couple years ago when the idea of keeping every computer I'd ever owned lost its charm. But it was a good old boy.

Now I have a shiny new Powerbook. Not the same personality as the wee Mac, though.
