It's up again, for now anyway. Power cycling the DSL bridge didn't help for more than a few minutes all day today, but it came back on its own while I was on hold waiting for Speakeasy's tech support. (Go figure -- at work, my users can never make their machines misbehave when I'm looking over their shoulders, so turnabout is fair play, I suppose.)
