beowabbitKala met me at work, and we went to the Diesel, where we hung out with a bunch of nice people (and Kala met another Simon’s Rocker, ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
kalessin). After the Diesel, we ended up going out for Chinese food with zzbottom and volta, which was great. That was probably the most social time we’ve spent since she’s been here.

Last night, after we got home, we had a wonderful wide-ranging, serious and giggly long conversation, occasionally interrupted by other very nice things. That was delightful.
I got to sleep around 4:00am, and I should have been at work by now, but I just got out of the shower, so I should get dressed and wander off. Another slightly groggy day at work, but I’m certainly not unhappy about it in the slightest. :-)
