Homeownership woes

beowabbitHad an adventure on Saturday, but $500.00 and five hours later I had working plumbing again. (Bad clog + vigorous plunging = busted seals. Oops!) I haven’t yet thrown out all the stuff in the basement that got destroyed. The plumbers were very efficient.
