I didn't sell it to him exactly -- I represented him as buyer's agent. I'm still not sure if there is a sufficiently brief way of saying that.
Well, “you bought it for him” would be as accurate as “you sold it to him” would be in the parallel situation, except that that phrase isn’t generally understood to mean that. (You can buy a house for me any time you like. :-)

On an unrelated note I need to figure out when/how to pick up that stuff from you. I have this vague notion I’m missing something, but I don’t see anything written on my calendar for Sunday, and I’ll be in Davis at some point on Sunday (either because I stayed there or because I’m dropping plumtreeblossom off). Would Sunday sometime work? (Maybe the three of us could hang out, if that works for plumtreeblossom?)
