Productive day

beowabbitI’ve had a spectacularly productive day, involving fixing my porch swing (which the store assembled wrong), nailing back up my rain gutter, getting a lot of progress made on cleaning my office¹, cleaning some windows, going shopping for house stuff, getting some piles of mail under control, and doing a little bit of tidying and throwing out junk in the basement.
¹ My office is not clean by any means, but it’s not oppressive to be in any more. That’s kind of impressive, since it was oppressive to be in before I dumped a sizable fraction of the mess I cleared out of the kitchen and the living room in it on Thursday.
You’d almost think civilized people lived here.
