I am the very model of a modern Libertarian:
I teem with glowing notions for proposals millenarian,
I've nothing but contempt for ideologies collectivist
(My own ideas of social good tend more toward the Objectivist).
You see, I've just discovered, by my intellectual bravery,
That civic obligations are all tantamount to slavery;

Lotta truth in that.

My problem here...I don't really want to identify with ANY point on the political spectrum but, if I had to pick one, the libertarians are probably my choice. The extreme Libs are just as wacko as the extremists in any other group, but at least they keep the government out--and, more and more, I am viewing our government as a worse evil than what we would have without it.
