I love the texture, and I want something to contrast with the softness and sweetness of the strawberries and the chocolate, and the softness stickiness of the cheese. It symbolizes My desire for variety and balance. Plus celery is just yummy. It's My third-favourite vegetable, after carrots and sweet potatoes, just above potatoes and raw bell peppers.
