Busy, full few days!

So as previously mentioned, I tried out for PMRP’s annual Hallowe’en live radio show, and I am delighted that I will be playing the narrator/killer in The Tell-Tale Heart (named Alfred Bane in this version). I’m really looking forward to it. This will be the first time I’ve performed on stage since I lived in Illinois, and I think it will be a lot of fun. I’m really looking forward to working on this, and y’all should come see me.

(plumtreeblossom will be doing foley for another segment in the show, so we won’t be on stage at the same time — which might be risky — but we will be working on the show together.)

Besides that, I’ve had a lovely and full few days, with lots of fun time with my delightful plumtreeblossom and a delightful second date with a new friend (at the end of which I got to meet her housemate and their rather extensive menagerie: two dogs, two cats, three rats [although I didn’t get to meet all of them] and a tortoise).

plumtreeblossom and I put in a too-brief appearance at roozle and sunspiral’s always-wonderful End-of-Summer party last night (too brief because of weather; we were just too hot to stay very long), and we have a bunch more socializing to do tonight. She cooked me a wonderful breakfast this morning. She made the bacon just the way I like it. And I’m just briefly home to grab a change of clothes, since I hadn’t planned either on jumping dogs or on thick sticky humid weather when I packed for the weekend.

Oh, it was lovely to see magickalpony and minerva42 at End-of-Summer; I was very sorry to miss underwatercolor. And nice to see spiritfreedom, although since it was as we were leaving I didn’t really have time to talk.

I’m a happy ’wabbit! And I love my sweet plumtreeblossom.

PS — Next week looks to be just as busy as this past week was. Anybody got a spare time machine? I promise to fill the tank before I bring it back.
