Two observations.

1. My tolerance has clearly gone down; two cups of coffee are definitely too much, at least when one of them is a “small” dark roast from Au Bon Pain.
2. On the other hand, exercise helps.

I love my town!

I love my new town. The bit I happen to love at the moment is the lovely mellow Irish bar where cathijosephine and I just had three pints of excellent Guiness (and a couple hours or so of excellent conversation) between us. Take that, demon Caffeine!
