a CVG obseration

You know you're in Kentucky when:
(1) the airport food court has not one, but two smoking areas,
(2) they're open to the rest of the food court,
(3) that's where the vending machines are, and
(4) there are more people in the smoking areas than in all the rest of the food court.

Groggy return

I am home. None of the pipes seem to have burst in my absence (although bits have fallen off the house).

I’m very groggy, given that my last night had five hours fewer than usual in it and was spent on an airplane. So I’m not sure whether I’m going to make it to any social stuff tonight or not. Would like to, but also tempted to clear off my bed and collapse into it.
