And on another topic, the wonderful and deeply gooddocorion posted to his journal a letter he wrote to a mailing list for emergency physicians in response to a thread about “overuse” of emergency departments for routine care by people on Medicaid. If you know docorion, you pretty much know what his perspective is, and if you don’t, you should read it and find out. He totally rocks.
