Third-floor apartment for rent again

I discovered today that our wonderful third-floor tenant unfortunately won't be able to renew her lease with us in September. So we are looking for a tenant or tenants for our third-floor apartment in Malden. We're asking $1150.00, and the apartment will be available either September 1 or October 1 (our current tenant says she'd be able to stay an extra month if that were convenient).

Our net is back, thanks to a DSL modem I bought from Alex L. (And Speakeasy is going to send me one, too, so I'll have a spare in case this happens again.) What a relief!
