My sister's house escapes unscathed

I just heard from my mother that the other unit in my sister’s duplex in North Carolina burned down in the past few days. Her unit had no damage. My sister is reported to have said “Fire walls are wonderful!”. Wow. I hope the rebuilding next door doesn't end up being too much of a hassle, and I'm sure glad she and her housemate and her kitties and all her stuff and her house are OK.
