Sleepy update

cathijosephine and her dad. I’m pretty sure I’ve described this place before, but I’m too lazy to go find the post, so: It’s a Brazilian barbecue buffet. You take food from the buffet, and then go to a counter in the back and ask for the meat you want and they carve it off of a spit for you, and then weigh your plate to figure out how much to put on your check. (I.e., you pay per-pound.) That’s better for the less ravenous among you, because you’re only paying for what you take, so it’s a good place for groups. And the meat is very very good.
Today: Metlilbjorn to go see C.S.A.: The Confederate States of America at the Coolidge. I definitely appreciated it and would encourage people to see it, but I didn’t find it very plausible as an alternate history. (On the other hand, it was also a lot funnier than I was expecting.) Perhaps I’ll write more about it when I’m less sleepy. It was great to see lilbjorn.
(Oh, also, I went to the gym at lunch today and had a nice workout. I’m glad that’s getting to be a part of my routine again; I’d missed it. Now I’m going to see if I can cultivate any other good habits by getting to bed before midnight. :-)
