For anybody who cares, posting this morning seems to have been exactly the right thing to do. I felt a lot better (and more energetic and optimistic) after posting.

I'm all for honest posts. It really helps me think when I write stuff down. It calms me down just to realize that people are out there listening. I'm glad you're feeling better.
